5 Nov : India’s favourite ‘Android’ is 13 years old today

The latest report from Strategy Analytics has revealed that 97% of smartphones in India ran the Android operating system in 2016, up from 90% in 2015. That proves the love for android in India.
It was today in 2007, that google brought Android mobile operating system in the eyes of the world. Android operating systems were designed for touch screen mobile devices. Now this technology is being used in televisions, smart watches and cars as well. The future of Android is extremely bright. Android seems to be putting an emphasis on wearable technology.

The original creators were Android Inc. — led by Andy Rubin, who became the head of Android development at Google after the acquisition in 2005.
