Have you heard of any person who lived life the way he wanted and got desirable death. I know one. That’s our former President, Scientist and Visionary… A P J Abdul Kalam. The most simple man I know.
Born today in 1931 in Rameshwaram, Tamilnadu, Kalam was a completely different child. He knew his way and followed his heart whole life. He has contributed his best to the India’s civilian space programme and military missile development efforts. He thus came to be known as the Missile Man of India.
He neither married, nor had kids but he was never without family. You would not have seen him alone ever. He was always surrounded by his well wishers.
He even died in 2015 in his favourite company, while giving lecture to students. His innocent smile would be remembered forever.
